I’m  Jeff Stoner , owner of  Headwaters Property Management. My family and I love living in Bozeman, and serving our clients here in the Gallatin Valley. We understand how difficult it can be to hand off your property to someone else,  because we’ve done that ourselves. 

We know what it’s like to wonder if the company you hire will take care of your property like you would, and worry  if you’ll be taken advantage of for simple easy to fix repairs.  We understand the challenges involved in finding reliable tenants and dealing with regular maintenance issues and liability concerns. 

We’d love to handle those issues for you so you can enjoy more of your time while the value of your investment increases. We aren’t intimidated by the normal challenges in managing properties.  I was fortunate to spend 6 years in the Marine Corps, and we were trained to handle problems quickly, decisively and effectively.

My background is in Civil Engineering, which has given me an in depth understanding of  the construction field ranging from bridge construction, to subdivision planning, to septic system design. Your challenges will not intimidate me!  Since I’ve built and managed my own properties, I understand the importance of finding solid long term tenants and we know how that protects your property values. My family and I love our Bozeman neighbors and look forward to serving you.
